Ans: No, the program can be incorporated into any new contract by landlords seeking to safeguard their agreement, ensuring they do not incur losses in the event of a tenant’s eviction.

What does the program cover if a tenant is evicted?

Ans: The program will compensate for all the months specified in the eviction notice during which the tenant failed to make payments, excluding additional fees.

Will the program cover payments until the tenant vacates the property?

Ans: No, We will cover payments until the completion of the first initial rental contract, provided the tenant fulfills all the landlord’s requirements.

What will happen if I fail to meet the landlord’s requirements by the end of the contract?

If the tenant does not meet the requirements at the contract’s conclusion, they must renew the contract with us.

Can the landlord continue the program after the contract expires?

Ans: Yes

If the tenant’s owed months are covered by the program, will they still be indebted to the landlord?

Ans: Certainly, the tenant will still be obligated to the landlord. The funds the landlord receives from us will constitute the agreement between Noviction,LLC and the Landlord rather than a co-signed contract.

How much is the application fee?

Ans: $150 per applicant and $500 for businesses.

Do I have to signed up for credit repair if my credit is good?

Ans: No, if your credit wasn’t the reason you were denied you won’t have to sign up.

How soon will I be able to ask for financial help?

Ans: You will be able to request for help after three months payment.

How many times can I ask for help?

We will help you out 1 time per contract  if you are single or two times if you are a couple.

How soon will I be able to make another request if I didn’t get evicted?

Ans: You will be able to make a request after 3 years.

Will I be able to use the program again if I get evicted?

Ans; Yes, after six years waiting period. Please note: the second time you apply for our program the application fee will be double if you were evicted while using our system.
